Ms. Williams, the founder of PCR in 1984 has over 45 years of estimating experience. Sixteen years of her career she was employed by large international project management firms providing estimates at all levels of design. For five years she served as Vice President and Manager of a large project controls group providing conceptual and design phase estimates on billions of dollars of construction. Her expertise is in analyzing the appropriate approach, systems and methods to provide accurate cost information at a conceptual level and throughout the design process. Her education includes studies at San Antonio College and St. Mary's University.
Mr. Hansen has 39 years of experience in cost estimating with emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing estimating. He has been with PCR for 16 years. His experience includes six years of field experience with several large mechanical contractors and eight years of experience with a large international project management firm. The project types he has worked on include government, military, commercial, industrial, correctional, education, medical, transit, public assembly, residential and aviation facilities. Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education from Texas A & M University.
Greg Edwards has 39 years of experience with a wide variety of projects and construction management duties. He has worked as a principal, project manager, construction engineer and a chief estimator. His project experience includes; medical, governmental, hospitality, industrial, correctional, medical, public assembly, K-12 schools, commercial, entertainment, higher education and church projects. Greg has worked for both general contractors and with large international project and program management firms. His degree is Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A & M University.
Larry has 8 years experience as and Architectural Estimator for PCR. Larry is responsible for takeoff and write up of the Architectural scope for most of PCR's projects. Larry is also performs Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing estimating. Larry is a 25 year veteran of the United States Navy and the United States Air Force. Before coming to PCR Larry piloted large Cargo Hauling air craft for 20 years.
A Professional with 40+ years of business experience which includes Marketing, Project Management, Construction and Interior Design. As Assistant Vice President for a large Real Estate Development/Management Firm, her responsibilities were throughout the United States for Developers, General Contractors utilizing her experience developing marketing plans/strategy, design, project management, condo conversions, renovation’s and new construction for projects in New York, Chicago and Minneapolis. Her studies include IREM/CPM & ASID Apprentice.
